"We reserved two rooms at the same time, rooms were 2 floors apart and staff said it was under two separate reservations. My bed had a huge like dent in the mattress, was like sleeping in a bowl. However, the pool was great, and the free breakfast was decent. Staff that checked us in was incompetent but everyone after that we dealt with was friendly and helpful."

I ran out of toilet paper and towels. I got clean sheets and towels. No toiletries were replenished. Some mold in bathroom. PROS fast easy check in.
