"Hotel was fine. Clean. Check in was smooth except I was charged 75.00 usd for my dog. Did not argue with the 2 young guys working the front desk. Nothing they could do. Checked the Expedia website later and found it said 50.00 for a pet. Showed the manager the next morning and they reimbursed me the 25 dollars. "

"They were having trouble with their key card programmer when I arrived, but the situation was handled with a high level of care. Guests were escorted to their rooms and the key cards were hand delivered once the issue was resolved about 30 minutes later. They were very apologetic. That was only hiccup during the stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had good hot and cold options with ample dining space. The staff was polite, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel was located near the interstate with plenty of shopping and dining options near by. Would stay again. "
