"bed wasn’t made the first night and electrical outlets didn’t work but their customer service was responsive and made corrections next day when house keeping came back on shift and gave me a 40$ reedem digital credit card. so I wasn’t to upset about it. the room for the price was amazing full kitchen cabinets stocked with utensil, glassware and even had a corkscrew, had a dryer and washer in room and u can get the detergent in the lobby’s self serve section "

"I couldn’t bring food in the room to eat. The location wasn’t convenient for food etc. I wasn’t satisfied to stay. The staff are not kind at all."

"The hotel itself was peaceful and had beautiful views up top and in our room. Staff was helpful and very friendly. I really wanted to like this place but a couple things were missing. Towels were either dirty or stained when we first arrived in our room.. Shower wasn’t clean. Door knobs were sticky. And… we had drunk neighbors that were extremely loud. I called the front desk and they didn’t really offer many solutions. I ordered food at the upstair bar and the food was not edible. Pool was nice and the bar was clean! Breakfast was nice and had a convenient layout. Seating was limited but that’s a given. Upon checkout we learned that parking wasn’t free with the booking. $40 a day to park. Overall it wasn’t the worst experience I’ve had but i would find it difficult to spend my money here again."
