"Clean looking room, spacious, felt up to date. The negatives – despite non smoking room it stunk of cigarettes, had to open balcony doors – not ideal in February. Secondly, when arrived staff tried to say we had booking for two single twin rooms, despite clearly booking stating twin DOUBLE rooms – So either they are lying at the point of booking or staff at check-in are lying . Eitherway not what expect from this tier of hotel and left a sour taste in the mouth before holiday has started. "

Very friendly, very helpful and will go out their way to make your stay comfortable. Dinner was excellent and the breakfast was good too. Room was very clean and everything worked. "
