"My family loved our stay at Stonecliff! The entire vibe about the place is just magical. Alll the tiny details are perfect. It was a very special splurge for us, but it was the highlight of our trip. It's a nice escape to the countryside. We very much enjoyed the family atmosphere they cultivate with the beautiful outdoor areas and activities."

"Let me begin with the most positive part: the staff was so kind and helpful! Really great! There are some things that I wasn't expecting. We had a "shared bathroom" on the 3rd floor. I wasn't sure what that meant. But what it meant was ONE bathroom for about 4 rooms (I think). If you need to use the bathroom during the night, you need to think ahead! The shower was the biggest issue for me. It was a clawfoot tub with a shower curtain around it. So... it was a matter of balancing enough to get INTO the tub, then the cloth curtain kinda hugs you as you are showering. it's quite a feat to get the temp right, and the curtain right and keep balancing. You might need to use your foot to figure this out! They told us, "you can use the one on the 2nd floor, which was a walk in shower". My husband did that.. He feels like it wasn't an issue. So, I just wanted you to know it was for me! But really, if you know (or choose a room with a private bathroom!) you will be fine."
