"Best hotel I've stayed at in the UK. Room was very modern and clean, staff were all lovely in both the hotel and diner and the added touches like filter water, teas and the high quality hairdryer and straightener in the rooms were a real bonus. A small fridge in the room for drinks etc would have been nice but not a deal breaker. We'll definitely be back."

"Staff is very helpful and kind. Breakfast is great and offers good Gluten free options. Swimming pool is not big but enough for quiet periods. Sauna and steam room is good. The ice tub was out of order during my stay. My room was okay but not properly cleaned. The carpet was visibly covered with debris and dust. Cobwebs all over. Window blind massively stained. Bathroom floor full of hair"
