"Overall I found the hotel was very good, but not exceptional, certainly not when considering the cost of the room. The staff were excellent. The room was very clean. There were a couple of things that affected my star rating. First, I was disappointed that there was no bath. I had been looking forward to a long soak. Secondly the whole complex was confusing to navigate. The car park is located across the road without clear directions how to access the check-in desk. The lifts limit the access to certain floors and I found myself walking around trying to find the correct lifts for my part of the hotel. I twice encountered people riding the lifts up and down trying to reach their desired floor."
