Well located, fine if you are looking for basic accommodation. No frills - not even soap to wash your hands but it was clean.

One night stay but the concierge was very welcoming and appreciated the advice checking in and guiding us to get around the city and to the event we had that night. Nice hotel, clean and comfortable.

What I booked is not clear as what I have booked we have to go next door for a swim I thought is the swimming pool is in the building but we have to go across the road to use the swimming pool for the money is too much I won’t be staying there again.

Almost paid twice.
Please improve the way your front desk claim deposit and payment upon checkin/checkout. I thought I have to pay again twice upon checkout. As a guest, I know if payment was already deducted to my bank account. But the front desk act as if I haven’t paid yet while holding the card scanner. Just like other hotel, they should just review my stay, give the invoice and let the guest go if everything is ok.

We had a lot of problems closing the blinds in the room. Whilst the staff were great it took a day to replace the battery in the control. Also annoyed that it was not clear that the swimming pool was not in the hotel but next door necessitating a trip outside to reach the pool.

Night away for a function
The hotel is situated in a very convenient spot for visiting Brisbane. Room was spacious, comfortable and lovely to stay in. Breakfast was a buffet with an egg station and a good selection of food. Overall would recommend staying here if you are in Brisbane.

Would never stay here again. It is like Faulty Towers. No phone call as promised to say my room is ready. Lost my bag, it was delivered to the wrong room. Milk satchels in minibar expired 8 months ago. Took a photo of the expiry date .Room not serviced one day. Total disaster . Don’t stay here.
