Though it showed a connection, speeds were varied. Sometimes not able to load a page. Was our second time at this property, happy to return again. "We had a great stay at the Hyatt regency. Convenient location, great facilities and clean. One of the lifts wasn’t working the morning we left so had to wait quite a while when we had a train to catch but these things happen. Liked the lennons bar, didn’t eat but drinks were good and reasonably priced"

"I was fortunate to be greeted by Aden when I checked in. He welcomed me and asked about my flight and asked if had I ever stayed in a Westin before. I mentioned I spent almost 3 months at The Westin in Malaysia on business and was very happy. Aden surprised me by upgrading my stay. I was in Brisbane to attend my son’s wedding. Both the room and amenities were beyond my expectations. All staff I interacted with - from room service, housekeeping and valet truly make wonderful ambassadors for The Westin."
