Our room was clean and comfortable. The reception and bar staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't use the restaurant.

The hotel is at the motorway service station but it is surprisingly quiet for the location. The hotel is a little dated but the room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Staying for one night on the way to the Malvern Show it worked perfectly for us.
