9.8/10 Exceptional! (1,005 reviews)
It’s a nice hotel, but the room was very small and the room location looked tightly into another building over an alley where the garbage truck came through around 1 in the morning without fail. You also got cigarette smoke wafting up into the room from the alley smokers. The room location was awful but overall the hotel was nice.
Also, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel location for vacation travelers. You’re right in the middle of a business district which isn’t great.

9/10 Wonderful! (2,099 reviews)
The room was clean, staff was super polite, and the location is quite good. It's a bit of a walk from either Pimlico or Westminster stations; however, the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood so you can sleep well.

"The hotel was really a hostel and did not match up with images on their website. We were expecting to be staying in a country house hotel not a youth hostel. The only facility we had was wifi.
