Located on a Holiday Park the pod was cosy with facilities in The Barn nearby. There was a cafe on site and a large shop. The old town quite fascinating if you like antiques and retro. Sowerby hall and gardens are lovely even in winter, must be stunning in summer.

We went on christmas day this and last year. There is a cafe on the sea front called Rubys he opens from morning to about 3/4pm so we went there for christmas dinner, burger and 2 lots of chips £6.80, indian open till 8pm round the corner.
