"The staff at check in were great, the system was down so it was a manual check in and took a bit longer. But they very kindly upgraded us which we appreciated a lot and they were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean and felt very new. The bathroom was large and had great amenities. The hotel is in short walking distance to the old town with lots of bars and restaurants. The only downside to the stay were the soft pillows and noise from the room above in the very early hours of the morning."

"We had the corner Junior suite booked and they gave us a free upgrade to the grand suite. Hard to describe in words after traveling through Europe and tiny hotel rooms. This had a meeting table for 8. A living room area with three couches. A total of four bathrooms. But every staff member we dealt with was attentive and helpful and spoke great English. Location is prime right at the Central square. Tons of high-end shopping and a short walk to the castle."
