We loved the staff at the front desk and especially the lead lady in the breakfast room. The room was clean, updated, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was a short walk to the duomo and central piazza.

We arrived early but were made very welcome & it was no problem to leave our bags with reception & go out exploring on the hotel bikes (Free of charge) There was a slight mix up with our room allocation but it was eventually resolved & the staff were very apologetic.
