"Very nice facility (going thru some updates). Elevator banks were slooow d/t the weekend crowd, convention, and soccer games: need to really add more, i.e., another bank, etc. No self-pay available but valet parking worked well but with an increased our price: need more self pay somehow (which I suspect would be hard in downtown St. Louis). Nice design of the hotel with a view of the arch from our room window. Better breakfast choices - way too much food. Excellent work by the Bellmen - very helpful, pleasant and quickly available."

"The amenities are incredible. Walking distance to a lot of places as well as convenient for uber/ shuttle. The employees were incredible and the room was clean. The bathroom is very small and the pool was always full of kids but other than that we loved our stay! We will be coming back! "

"Hotel is clean and very well located near a freeway, shopping, Wash u etc. They offer free breakfast, drink tix and happy hour -- which can feed a family if you are so inclined. There is also a very nice restaurant in the adjacent parking lot should you want to get a restaurant quality meal. Front desk is helpful -- rest of staff is not."

"Simply one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. Talk about convenient location! Whether you’re headed for a ballgame, or to see the Gateway Arch, you are walking distance away. But don’t forget to visit the 360 on the top floor of the hotel. "
