We had to change rooms because there were ants in the room. There was a lot of construction going on which would have been nice to be made aware of. The view in our new room was beautiful. The room was not cleaned properly. The bathroom floor was very dirty. There were also bugs in the new room too. ...

Really surprised that epic sana was so well run. Fine dining, Uddo and Lima restaurants were all excellent.
