"The hot tub was closed. The room had nothing in besides a bed and shower. Does not come with a microwave or a mini fridge. The heat temperature didn’t work so they sent a mechanic in which they turned up really high. There was no way of refund or anything. Really disappointing. "

"Parking was fine. Hot tub was not working. Queen bed was the size of a double bed. There were no pancakes or waffle’s only cold cereal and bread. The back door was propped open - safety issue- I closed it once but it was again propped open later. Refrigerator was very loud every time it was running. It looked like someone tried to paint the bathroom sink, what a mess. I will not stay there again."

"Our room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. Can definitely hear your neighbours through the walls. However, we were on the main floor near the Waterpark and it was quite noisy with people running and screaming down the hallway late into the night on the weekends. It made getting our toddler to sleep difficult. We enjoyed the free breakfast but wanted a bit more variety by day 7 of our stay. We would stay here again in the future but request a room on a different floor."

"I rented this room for the pool area and of course it was closed. They don't tell you that until you're checking in and so you spend over 100 for a room that's not clean, I was very disappointed "
