"We stayed 2 nights in May. The accomodation was comfortable but dark. The food was superb The game drives were great. Wrap up warm on a morning it's cold. The pool was cold so we didn't use it. The sun loungers were comfortable. All staff friendly and the animals were great."

"We loved our time at Tulbagh Mountain Manor. We came for our 50th Anniversary and it was a beautiful place to rest, sit by the pool, delicious breakfast, and absolutely beautiful location! We felt like family. Mirna was so kind, gave us great recommendations for wine tasting, olive tasting, sparkling wine tasting nearby, and restaurant for dinner. Lovely stay! Thank you Mirna!"

The day of booking the property the owner called after 9pm to enquire where the payment was to which we explained it was purchased on hotels.com AND that the trip was for my SICK mother. "We looooooved our stay at the Southern Belle, Bergsicht Cottage. By far the most private & secluded of all the cottages. We enjoyed the hot tub & the private deck, surrounded by only the sounds of nature. The fairy lights above the pool were very romantic. The cottage had everything we needed to relax & unwind. No TV which was fantastic - you come here to rest & unplug. We'll be back!"

"This guest house is fabulous and much more interesting than chain hotels. It maybe old but it is full of character and decorated with interesting art, everything works and all mod cons are available. The people were so friendly and helpful too, we had a great holiday."
