"Great room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Same guy that helped us in the bar brought us ice to the room later. Parking difficult to access. Would recommend valet. Everything within walking distance even on a Sunday. Would recommend to anyone."

"Arrived at 1455 check in was at 3pm was told by reception staff room would not be ready on time. I asked for another room that was ready as had a tour booked at the distillery, staff member tried to charge me more for other room even though my room was late in being ready. Really poor customer service ..."
