There were a lot of loud people in the lounge at 11pm and as two couples who had travelled all day, she ensured we had rooms in a very quiet section of the hotel. We loved the snacks too! The decor is dated but everything is spotless and comfortable! Drucilla was lovely!"

"While our stay was a very short one due to delay by Air Canada, we did enjoy the great customer service, cleanliness, and over all comfort of this Best Western Plus. The shuttle arrived on time at the airport as hoped (11:25pm), and again the next morning at 5:00am. The driver was courteous and helpful, loading the bags for us. We will continue to come back again!"
