"The staff went out of their wy to accommodate me. They switched my upstairs room to downstairs. The tv wasn't working, a new one was brought in. The soundproof room was perfect. My only concern was the ceiling above the shower needed a touchup after what appeared to be an old leak."

"The hot breakfast could be more like it was cooked in back rather than packaged and microwaved. I didn’t realize there was a pool and gym on site until the second day when I took a walk. Those are great selling points! You should have the staff point them out. It is super great that you allow pets!!!! That is the reason I chose you against the cheaper rooms across the highway! Our stay was great, the room was comfy, the staff was lovely, I told them we would stay again. Thanks Hampton! Oh! And the shopping center is right next door, with great food selections!!!"

"I would say help the third floor with the smell. Rooms are clean, but that hallway smell should be inspected. Can breakfast start earlier? Most people that go to Calexico is for work and they usually start at 5am so there are definitely too many people that are unable to utilize the free breakfast. Maybe have some pastries near the coffee in the mornings. I'm sure your customers that leave at 4 or 5am would appreciate it. "
