"The hotel itself, very nice. Clean and spacious rooms. The only downside I’ve experienced, was the loud noises generated by a contractor who parked his van in the Hotel parking and started unloading his van. The noise made his way up til the 3rd floor and basically woke me up, earlier than expected. I would highly recommend to Inform any contractors to maintain a decent level of service while on hotel premises."

"It was a very hot day/night. No air con and window only opened slightly (not enough to get a breeze) We were given a fan but it had a broken plug which we reported. The bar staff in the evening were lovely, let us watch Eurovision on the TV after we were struggling to do so on our device. Providing lots of information."

"Reserved apartment for a weekend getaway. Travelled up from West Mids, got to the apartment an hour b4 check in to be told the room wont be ready till 4pm! And the business was under “new management” therefore the building had been made available as a gesture to me n my friends to honour the booking! Clearly a lie as other people were occupying the building aswell. Anyways Was offered a room to crash in whilst the “new owner” - and cleaners worked to get the apartment ready for us. Finally...

"I have visited this hotel fairly regularly over the last 4 years and I am always struck by the fact it is the same staff, which is unusual in hospitality. The staff are friendly and helpful."

"We loved staying at the hotel and we had our 3 year old with us, There was no sound on the night, and the black out curtains helped our 3 year old sleep. The room was was very big and clean so there was enough room for us all. The staff were very helpful and always there if you needed them. There is a area that has toys for children whcih kept our child entertained as we checked in. I would definetly stay "

"I’ve never stayed in a hotel before where are you didn’t get a key we got told we would get the key in a couple of hours and every time we went out we had to ask for the door to be open never would stay here again"
