Great hotel in a quiet area of Bradford.
Check in was quick and simple with explanations given covering all areas of the hotel and services.
Standard double room was a good size with everything provided. Bathroom was a little small with a basic overbath shower.
Evening meal and breakfast was excellent with a good choice.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
An older heavier place. Plastic vinyl bathroom and older radiators. Good size though.
Breakfast is ok, lacking natural foods and fruit was mushy.
The hotel itself is lovely and the staff were brilliant. However the rooms are a little tired and could do with some TLC.
Little tip - take your own iron - they only have 10 on site but have 50 rooms!!
The area the hotel is in leaves a lot to be desired - we get a little uneasy driving around the are trying to find the hotel and we’re hiding things in the room when we went out for the evening.
I stayed here for 2 nights whilst in the area for business. I was upgraded free of charge to a superior room due to an error with the booking, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
Great team here who cannot do enough for you and were very polite and helpful. There is room service available and the food arrives nice and hot!
Would stay again if visiting the area, thanks Dubrovnik Hotel!
The room was ok. Unfortunately during our stay there was an event going on at the hotel so there was loud music playing until midnight. But apart from that the stay was okay, price was ideal.
It is very rare to experience such polite, friendly and helpful staff across the board and this in itself deserves recognition.
From the minute we arrived, we felt welcome and staff could not do enough to help.
Nice and clean. Bit shabby in places. Lovely staff. Breakfast was good. Would have been better if the plates were hot.
Unfortunately we didn’t get much sleep as the mattress was very lumpy. Had a chat with the guy on reception in the morning and he wrote it in a book and apologised and said that it would be dealt with.

Er was geen lift. Toen ik vanwege mijn gezondheid klaagde over het trappenlopen kreeg ik meteen een andere kamer aangeboden. Klasse.
Minpuntje. De kachel was of uit of gloeiend heet. Niets ertussen.
Nice hotel was let down by Staff , was promised receipt by evening staff, but refused by morning staff who promised to get in touch, but 3 days later have heard nothing
Stayed here as it was close to where I was working. It wasn’t great. Fireworks outside my room in the evening and cars revving and racing all night up and down the hill. The bed was very uncomfortable. Could feel every spring. Didn’t try restaurant or room service as I asked for gf options but there were very few and quite expensive. Staff were polite enough though. Room was cleanish-very tired though with stains on walls and curtain nets and chips in the bath and basin surround, not sure how it’s rated #2 in Bradford. It was just ok. Wouldn’t return, pictures on the website are very clever-looks much grander and nicer than it is in real life.
Very secluded and peaceful location, clean and comfortable. very friendly and engaging staff always helpful. I have been travelling to Bradford and my overnight stay has always been at this hotel. Its value for money with very competitive rate. Truly recommended.
It's a lovely building tucked away on a sloped street off the big road, so rather quiet, had good sleep. Stayed just one night to attend event nearby and return. The room had everything I needed and more. Minus side, neither of the 2 hairdryers worked, hoping to mention it when checking out, but there was nobody at reception. Check in was pleasant, everything explained clearly, although I sensed I'm not their usual posh customer.
The one member of staff I spoke to was helpful, it was finding somebody to speak to that was the issue. The hotel felt more like an empty building where you served yourself breakfast and had nobody to speak to on Reception, it's bizarre. It could be a great place with more staff and some updating to the rooms.
Very clean room. Comfortable bed. Very good price. Quiet location. No lift. Restaurant closed on a Sunday and decent eateries not easy to find in walking distance.

staff lovely, polite and helpful.
great breakfast.
room spacious.
rooms and decor very tired (cracks in walls, paint peeling). due to age of building bedroom and bed felt damp and never really got warm despite double radiator that couldn’t be turned up. curtains not blackout and thin so not a great nights sleep or helpful keeping heat in the room.
