"Arrived 8:30 pm , front desk staff member could not tell me which building my room was in, only that is was on the second floor of the 2 buildings in this property! Being unfamiliar with this area and dark, it seems it would be helpful to others to know this information, a little education of the property should happen to the staff members!"

"The space was bigger than expected which was a nice surprise. There is a musty smell in the unit. The deck has some rotting boards and the steps seemed to be really warn and soft. The unit was nice and clean with everything you may need for a vacation in the beach. I would suggest some softer comforters in the beds as the ones provided were stiff and itchy. Thanks"

"The place was clean, well kept and offered everything you need to be close to bridge street and the beach with a nice pool and very convenient parking and access to the key band which is also nice because you simply put it on your wrist, although a code with a keypad is also very nice would seem to make sense given it can be programmed. We stayed one night on a Saturday so perhaps my judgement of the cost is a bit stern. However, I can stay at the Perry Hotel in Naples for less, my only point. Nice bed, very comfortable, great communication, not sure why I needed to leave a card for incidentals unless its if there was damage to the room. I was unable to find local channels/Cable unless I missed something, no instructions for internet, if I were there for more time it might have been more important. Perhaps there was instructions on their website not sure, something future guests might want to know. Overall I gave a great rating."

"Our stay was wonderful! We especially loved the convenience of having the ocean just steps away from our room, along with easy access to snacks, drinks, and fresh towels. Everything was so convenient and made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. Such a lovely place, and we truly enjoyed our time here!"

"My concern is safety. The beautifully decorated room was a slippery hazard from the beginning. The walk in shower needs a safety bar. The tile on the floor remained damp due to the humidity. The composite decking and rails were wet. I realize that much of that is beachfront location and out of human control. I'm an agile senior and felt that there was a risk."

"My fiance and I loved this place! The beach is closer than you think. From our room to the water was less than a 2 minute walk. Our room included a beach umbrella as well as private lounge chairs waiting for us on the beach. The pool is a little on the smaller side and can feel overcrowded at times but when it's not busy, it's perfect! Our room was great and had everything we could need. The staff was super friendly and fun to chat with. We both agreed we will be back and will be staying here again. It's within walking distance to so many restaurants and attractions."

"Overall excellent property in excellent location. Super clean, including the pool. Minutes to the beach and short walk to several bars and restaurants. Parking onsite is great due to limited parking on island. Only issue with the residence was the blinds are in rough shape and fall off when opening and closing. Highly recommend. Would stay there again."
