"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect—the room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. The only small inconvenience was that there was no microwave available in the room. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"I loved this condo. Beautiful view of the bay, and just a walk across the street to the beach. The condo had everything you needed for the stay! It even had beach chairs, a wagon and beach umbrella. I’ll will be staying here again in the future!"

"Several issues and no phone numbers listed were correct to get ahold of anyone for help. Water leaking from ac unit down the wall dripping on the floor no way to contact anyone for help- the contact number listed kept going to a Bali hai resort not captains quarters. White couch had dirty stains, no toilet paper holder. No water for the coffee maker and no ice machine when there was an ice bucket. The one little black end table was broken, blinds in main room were broken. When I got a text asking about our stay and I explained this and no response back. Zero silverware or paper cups. Garbage on the ground, no maintenance & no way to get extra towels if needed. Not worth the price whatsoever."

"Great location but overall experience was poor. When we arrived the sliding door to the balcony had been left open and the unit was 83 degrees F with 100% humidity. It took over 4hrs before someone came out to fix it and then took 4 more hours before the condo started to cool down. Our first day was not enjoyed. Separately, the fridge was very warm - according to instructions we were asked to wait 24hrs for the fridge to cool down. The next day it was still warm - we reached out to maintenance and they had someone come out and defrost the fridge however that did not work and we again notified maintenance and nothing was done. The maintenance man mentioned we would provide a large cooler and ice for us and never returned. We were unable to use the fridge during our entire 1 week trip and had to get our own cooler and ice. Not having a fridge was very inconvenient especially since we booked a condo instead of a hotel specifically to be able to utilize a full kitchen and not have to eat out for every meal."
