"Definitely not worth £500.. checkin reception, Lack of information given about hotel and room. Not guided and advised where exactly our so called.sweet was as different building to hotel. No toothpaste, showercaps or essentials which you get in average hotels now days. No stocked mini fridge.. sauna was not even hot enough even after hour. "I booked a stay for my mums 80th birthday! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, offering advise on places to see and dine. The grounds are immaculate and location overlooking the lake superb and very convenient for river traffic and riverside walks. The places to visit are in abundance around the area and staying in a central location at the Belsfield made this possible.
