"Best customer service experience from night staff, Chris! I informed him of my dreaded animal allergy, and he did his best to appease me. Room was clean. I do recommend some sort of air freshener because the hotel does have a slight odor to it. Breakfast was not the best, but there is a waffle house and ihop close by. Thanks again, Chris!"

"Turned out to be the best "Plan B" ever! Two air conditioning units in the 1 bedroom suite is GENIUS, the entire facility was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast has several hot/cold options, along with fresh fruit and multiple beverage selections. The breakfast hours were also accommodating for those who like to sleep in a little on Sunday morning. Water in the shower was hot, the way I like it and water pressure was perfect. Spacious rooms....

"The hotel itself was cool. We did book in the wrong Franklin. We was supposed to be in Franklin TN not Franklin KY. But the hotel in KY was good, the staff was nice and I was able to cancel the second night since we booked the wrong hotel."

"It’s not a fancy hotel but very comfortable. Full breakfast is included. Comfortable bed, spacious room. Free afternoon cookies w tea or coffee was a nice touch. Laundry machines on the floor too. "
