"This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Expedias pictures are extremely deceptive!! Carpet stains throughout the entire place, mold in our shower and ripped shower curtain, furniture was horrible, mattress was unbearable, none of the electrical outlets worked. Hot tub fenced off. THE SHUTTLE ONLY OPERATES CERTAIN HOURS AND WAS STANDING ROOM ONLY."

"Was in room 170 by the pool. It was serviceable, but with a major drawback: The pool filter turned on at around 6am and was a loud and constant whine until 7:45am. Woke me up and gave me a very unpleasant morning as I tried to ignore the sound and go back to sleep. Not possible."

"As someone who travels frequently and has stayed at many Motel 6 locations, this particular property in Fullerton stands out significantly from the rest. The check-in process was extremely fast and professional, and my room was exceptionally clean and impressive. The bed was very comfortable, and the new checkout process was remarkably efficient, saving me a great deal of time. If you are looking for a great place to stay, I highly recommend this location. "Toilet was not functioning after check-in and when we let the front desk know, we were told that we could not switch rooms and that we would have to wait until morning to have maintenance come and look at it and to use the lobby restroom. After a long day of driving this was extremely inconvenient especially since our room was on the opposite side of the lobby. When my child needed to use the restroom, we did end up going to the lobby restroom...where the toilet was clogged. I had to ask for a plunger from the front desk to unclog someone else's waste so my child could use the restroom. Front desk was unapologetic and instead of offering to help with the bathroom, they were totally fine with letting a guest take a plunger wrapped in a plastic bag. Besides that, the shower had hair in it and the blankets had visible stains. We always stay here for our trips into Anaheim and have stayed multiple times... but honestly, never again. We'll pay extra to stay somewhere with actual clean and working facilities where I won't need to borrow a plunger to clear someone else's mess."
