"This is a very nice place. My wife and our two kids are thinking of coming back here again the future. If there is only downside is everthing is pretty much far away (Grand Marais) such as nice grocery stores and reasonable restaurants. Other than that, this place is nice."

I've stayed in hundreds of hotels and I know there are no 4 star hotels in Grand Marais. Know your area and people research where your going. Keep your expectations reasonable. Expedia is full of whiny premadonnas. "

"I really enjoyed all the little seating areas that we could use to sit and enjoy a game, or a cup of coffee outside the room. Everyone was so nice, and I loved that the continental breakfast had oatmeal!"

We loved cozying up by the fireplace and the kids loved chilling in the huge loft. The kitchen was nice for our quick meals. The kids had a super time shredding Lutsen Mountains’ awesome ski slopes nearby!"
