I think the base board heat has Celsius thermostats so don't set the temp to 65 in the winter. Fire place has a standard US thermostat, didn't use it.

Called again and while I was talking to a rep the lady from next door said after you type in the code you have to hit the check mark. I left my glasses in the car and she had hers, so it worked. No problems the next three days."
