"The buffet was extremely disappointing. Overcooked fish. No vegan alternative. Had to wait ages for someone to check each time which food was dairy free (for an allergy) as nothing had labels on it. The room was clean but the bathroom floor had permanent stains on it and the sink was also chipped ..."
