"This is a cozy, clean, no frills room that we really enjoyed. One interesting amenity is that there is a patio available for sitting on the second floor, and what appears to be a party room on the first floor, with microwave and fridge. I was not sure we were able to use it or not but it seemed like we could. There is parking right in front of the property. We stayed at several places like this in Puerto Rico and it was one of our favorites: no problems, nice staff, easy to check in."

"First off the food at the restaurant was delicious. But otherwise it was a very dated room. The beach was horrible. Maybe it was because it was winter, but you couldn’t walk on the sand without things poking through it into your feet as well as in the beach. It was fenced off from the beach because it was a public beach so the chairs I expected was expecting to be set up nicely with an umbrella were located inside the fence area and they were a couple on the beach with no umbrellas. I was supposed to stay there for five nights. I canceled after the first night. Also, I expected it to be much closer to San Juan and it was almost an hour away."

"The place/setting is incredible. The hotel is surrounded by mountains. The pictures will never reflect the real beauty of the setting. The hotel itself has a positive ambiance of relaxation and peace. The pool area is also beautiful (I would only recommend adding heating to the water). The staff is very kind and welcoming. If you add breakfast to your reservation, the staff can bring you the breakfast outside you cabin. If you choose to have diner in the evening is also very peaceful and you will be receive good attention. The bathroom needs some updates, but I definitely recommend the place. The hotel includes a Ceiba (tree) trail that reflects the beauty of the mountains and nature. You can visit the river within a walking distance."
