Great location, large room, great restaurant for breakfast. Loved the coffee bar, water machine & convenience store in the lobby. They accommodated an early check in. The valet service was great as Boston is a very walkable city.

We stayed two nights to explore a little bit of Boston. The hotel is situated right in Chinatown, which has a great mix of places to eat or places to find a drink. Boston Commons is also very close. It takes 10 minutes to walk there if you are slow. Parking is $68 per day for full valet service or you can park across the street for $40 per day. Breakfast is available if you wish to pay, or you can get breakfast down the street at Panera or a more gourmet cafe across the street from the Commons. Clean room, comfortable bed, good shower with complimentary shower products, and an excellent staff. Great customer service. We recommend this location.

There was no fridge, and more surprisingly, no bathroom door- there was a sliding mirror that would mostly conceal the bathroom, however, opening the hotel room door would slide this mirror, leaving the bathroom exposed to not only the rest of the room, but the hallway. The tv remote was very frustrating to use. The room was also quite small, and had a poor view of a brick wall and building roof.

The staff is great, there is a night club that weekends become very noisy in the middle of the night , just be mindful. Rooms are small and need an upgrade. Otherwise the location of the property is great and close to restaurants and shops.
