Clean and tidy with good facilities, great for a week time work stay

A great welcome from Rebecca. She is a good host and a good breakfast cook! Beds were comfortable, enjoyable suite a little small but more than adequate. Shower nice and powerful. Parking space is good at the back, but it is a very tight entrance. Coming back next year

Recently returned from a great four nights stay for our first visit to the Northdale. From arrival to departure everything was Excellent.greeting on arrival by the owners Melanie and Chris and we appreciated the tea and coffee that was provided whilst discussing the hotel and facilities. We booked a twin superior room (1) which is big room and as a very comfortable King size bed. There even a welcome basket of fruit and teas making facilitys which is replaced each day. Breakfasts is excellent...

Having stayed at The Orange Tree in the past many times, we were really pleasantly surprised to find that they had expanded their accommodation to include the conversation of two cottages next door. It was in one of these that we stayed. The rooms had been so tastefully done with all the amenities that you could wish for. With the most wonderful beach in walking distance we could not find a better place. We ate in the pub the first night, but as the menu was somewhat ’fancy’ we did try another...

Absolutely loved my stay at The Duke William, the staff were super friendly and welcoming and very helpful. The room was very clean & quiet, however I don’t think it would be quiet in summer as the room (#2) overlooks the garden which is actually the beer garden. However there were other rooms that didn’t face the garden. Be warned though it’s at the top of a very steep hill, I walked from the train station, pretty hard going pulling a suitcase.

What a gem Creston Villa is! Thanks to Anna and Iain who made our stay a real home from home. From the breakfast with lots of choice, including so many jams, marmalades and relishes to homemade cookies to take with us for a later treat. We loved everything and we didn’t need to know anything about Lincoln before our trip, we could’ve learned it all at breakfast! Great location, easy walk into town or use the local bus service from just outside the property. Highly recommend. Thank you x

Was perfect, would definitely stay again

Passing through and exceeded expectations. Extremely friendly, very comfortable, very clean, and a nice breakfast. Central. Would definitely stay again if in Grantham.

Very good location just outside the city centre lots of places to eat nearby, a clean good size room and ensuite bathroom, nice common sitting room and kitchen.

Really clean and well presented, have tried to book again for August but not available for the dates required Will keep an eye for future visits to the area

The owner upgraded me to a bigger room with a double bed that I had a comfortable sleep in..they are two big shared shower rooms one of them was right next door to my room so didn’t have far to go for the toilet.they was extras that I didn’t expect like fridge microwave and a toaster you can use.the staff and the locals in the pub are very friendly 👍.2mins walk away from pub you has shops noodle bar,McDonald’s , dominos pizza.will definitely revisit soon.

The property was next door to a bus stop which was very handy the only problem was the door locking system some times it work's ok sometimes it doesn't id prefer a key system myself??? Technology is okay when it works ok,but not always 100/% per cent reliable ? But otherwise they Hotel was spot on
