The room was nice, clean and spacious. There were no explanations about how the phone or TV screen worked, and it was needed. The phone did not work right and was not fixed despite my reporting it. The Revolution Hotel
Nice location, quiet street next to many good back bay restaurants/bars. Stylish hotel. The room was on the smaller side with no refrigerator or microwave.

The Langham, Boston
There were bags of garbage outside our window. Disappointed there was no high tea served while touting high tea in a book for sale at the front desk. No mini bar in the room. Requires room service.
