The mgt. tried to keep my lakeview room I booked days ahead and give me a parking lot view room. Very low class move. Tried to extort a $10 fee for Lakeview after paying Expedia for a Lakeview room. Most unprofessional thing I ever saw at a hotel. But Expedia called and made it all right. They are very powerful and helpful at Expedia. Like having a bodyguard for your wallet.

Found bed bugs in my room around 4:30 am. I immediately informed the front desk it took evidence in a cup. The first to employees were awesome, but they left, and another woman came in. She was extremely rude. Apparently they were overbooked and supposedly had no available rooms so I was patient. They called the manager no response so me and my boyfriend sat in our car from 4 o’clock in the morning until 11 AM. She wanted me to stay in the same room and have the housekeepers just remove the sheets. One of the guests overheard the conversation from the top of the stairs and approached me wanting to know what was going on and honestly, I didn’t feel it was right to lie, so I told her ! she immediately freaked out. She also was full of red bumps and bites all over her body. When she confronted the front desk. I received a very rude phone call from the employee saying she did not appreciate me opening my mouth and telling guest that there was bedbugs because it was an isolated incident and they didn’t even know what it was. Mind you the other customer approached me 10 minutes later and stated she was claiming that we had brought in the bedbugs when the manager finally arrived. He was extremely rude. He told me to leave mind you all my stuff was still in the room and he hadn’t dealt with the situation at alll. when he realized I was recording, he changed his tune. I eventually got A refund issued but it wasn’t after a lot of headache-aggravation

My stay was very enjoyable and comfortable, the desk staff was very friendly and social and willing to help in any way. Complimentary breakfast in the morning was hot and enjoyable, convenient lounge and restautant in the evening was a plus as well.

Horrible experience. Non smoking room stunk of cigarette smoke. Pulled bed sheet down and found cigarette burn holes through out the sheets. Sheets never changed. Area looked like a slum area. Very uncomfortable experience. Why would you list a place like that. Will not use your site again.
