Staff had very little knowledge of customer service. had the room booked for 3 nights and they tried to tell me it was for night. tried to charge me a cleaning fee because they claimed i left trash outside my door(rooms on the 3rd floor remind you.)but that was false. manger stated that was my first warning, as if i was a toddler being corrected. wifi didnt work so had to use my mobile hotspot just to watch tv. which was horrible to say. No channels. i wish i could have spent money somewhere else. please check this place before you book, the pictures are not what they look like. one of the worst places."

"After checking in and entering our room #421 the room felt warmer than the AC unit stating 64*. We were gone most of the day Friday but when we returned the room was very warm. I just assumed the AC unit would eventually cool the room down some. Around midnight the unit showed FO (Freon out) so the rest of the night we sweated it out. Saturday I inform the clerk at the desk and he did have a new unit put in while we were gone. The two drawers to the desk/dresser would not stay closed. I will say that all the stay were friendly."
