This place was wonderful in all aspects, spotlessly clean, attention to detail was spot on, comfortable beds and wow breakfast was like eating in a top hotel in London, nothing to fault, as for the hosts , warm, friendly and without doubt top class

Fully enjoyed our two nights there with our only issue being the requirement to select menu for breakfast before 8 pm each night. Missed the message on the second night and it clearly was problematic. Our fault but not everyone is watching messages on holiday.

Could not fault it. SUPERB.

Could not fault this establishment. Better than most hotels we have used. First class in EVERY department. What a gem of a B&B, from the welcome to the room, cleanliness, comfort, in fact we just could not find a fault if we tried. Superbly run by Alan and Kim with nothing to much trouble All this plus a breakfast to die for, superb. I don't usually say this about the numerous hotels, B&Bs we have used over the years, but this B&B is special and a must for visiting this part of Cornwall.

First time in Boscastle

Lovely welcome offered a cream tea on arrival. The room was superb free standing bath, large shower and double sinks. Nice views over valley. Superb breakfast with specials offered everyday. Pub within walking distance. Good parking. Alan & Kim were lovely hosts nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
