Borg El Arab Beach Hotel
This hotel should close up and not do any business. Staff were cool but the place was miserable air conditioning sucks, room dirty, slide door grease, windows faded from dirt and last thing is the food was horrible and obviously it was preheated don’t try it.

Windsor Palace Luxury Heritage Hotel Since 1906 by Paradise Inn Group
The hotel itself is very charming and the old British royalty decoration inside and out is very nice. However the rooms are very old, we could hear everything in the room next door, there was only one outlet in the entire room. Overall the hotel and room are beautiful but amenities are dated.

Prime Select Raml Station Alexandria

The reception was a huge problem. They didn’t have my reservation anywhere. I had to wait for over an hour and call Expedia support to get my room. The room was clean and it had a wonderful view.
