This is a beautifully elegant hotel. Each room is unique with high quality fittings and products , particularly the quirky but very wearable bathrobes and the Dyson hair dryer. The team are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble

Plenty of parking, the staff were soo lovely, very friendly and helpful, one love lady printed off a list of recommended places for dinner and was extremely helpful. Our room was spotless and the beds very comfortable, everything was to our expectations and more!

Great location easy walking distance to city and near tram station . Very clean hotel and considering its location nice and quiet , breakfast adequate and a nice friendly staff . Reception etc very smart and a lovely old building (outside being restored during our visit but done courteously. I would happily stay here again.

Delightful stay. The room was spacious clean & comfortable in a quiet area. The service was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble. The door way is not easy to find but our taxi dropped us outside. The hotel is next to Palais Gallien & a 10 minute walk from the Grand Opera. The Jardin Public is close by. Would highly recommend staying here.

Historical building in the centre of Bordeaux, very helpful staff, very clean rooms. Beds very comfortable and even though we had great views overlooking the square, there was no external noise. We would definitely stay again.

Three nights. Everything good including buffet breakfast. Excellent restaurant nearby at the side of the cathedral called Maine I think.

Did not use the Spa, Bedroom and bathroom excellent, as was all the staff.

The friendly staff were so helpful and made me feel very welcome during my staff. The lift was out of order and the woman offered to help with my luggage and they were able to arrange a taxi for me in the morning. My room was spacious and modern. It benefitted from a small balcony to sit out on. The breakfast selection was good and a great selection of cheese, fruit and traditional baguettes. A short stroll from the hotel takes to to the old town and the train station is close by.
