The soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken and hadn't been fixed. There was no lift. There was dust on the pillow but the room was lovely and warm. There was a plastic sheet under the sheet and that was uncomfortable. Not a great stay. The breakfast was adequate and lots of hot coffee.

Hotel has been partially updated and these areas , mainly the bedrooms are very good. We had a fantastic view. There is no air con though fans are provided . We didn't need these in Sept but l night was very warm. Staff friendly and helpful Communal areas clean but ready for updating

Extremely TINY room. The kitchen is so small that it's almost unusable. The table doesn't fit in the room so it's folded up and hanging on the wall. Room is only slightly bigger than bed. Otherwise would have been good stay.

Great position- 5 minute walk to main railway station. Very clean good sized room. Could do with a few more lights. Nice modern decor. Plenty of space for clothes. Nice walk in shower. Most of staff were lovely and very helpful. The young lady who checked me in was rather non welcoming
