"The hotel and location is very good,sadly due to my error in not checking the date of our check in for 1 night ,we turned up on the day I thought I had reserved but in reality was 1 day late according to my online booking The hotel charged me for both the incorrect night and the actual night of our stay . as it is an expensive hotel it has cost us a lot of money and distress of my own making. "Exceptional service and an incredibly unique experience staying in a chateau full of historical artifacts and artwork. The staff are obviously passionate about what they do, and go to great lengths to he welcoming and accommodating.The wine tour and tasting was very thorough and equally delicious! "

"Exceptional service and generally superb attitude, friendliness and care. Always available staff. Great character and design. Slight issue with room 3 being facing road and bright light of signage into window. The sound was loud with window open but that was our preference for fresh air. Wouldn’t be issue if you’re happy to not. Breakfast was lovely and has all you need hot or cold. Great location."

"It was our first time in Bordeaux and the hotel was located in the best area, very close to the stations, shopping centers and restaurants. The staff was very helpful, the rooms interior were the best part and the overall experience is very luxurious. We would definitely go there again! "

"Excellent hotel, service was amazing and it is in the very heat of Bordeaux. In walking distance to nearly all attractions. Spa and sauna/ steam room are therapeutic and beautiful, rounding the day off with a visit to the roof top bar with is gorgeous views over the roof tops of Bordeaux. "

"Lovely boutique hotel in a stunning building. We had a lovely grand room with a small balcony overlooking the avenue. Slightly quirky room with the bathroom open and behind the bed, but great size and decor. Only downside was having no tea/coffee facilities in the room as they are available on the landing."

"Overall experience is not bad. There's shopping center nearby where you can buy grocery/breakfast if you intend to eat in the hotel. And an underground parking for the hotel, which is convenient but the overnight fee is a little high to my taste. So, if you have a rental there's not really other choices because finding parking in the city is like a treasure hunt. The service could be better, I never got my bath towel I requested during my 3 night stay..."
