I had high expectations and they were met and exceeded. The staff are polite, courteous and professional without being robotic, and that makes a difference. The room was larger than expecting, well furnished. This is our second time staying here, can't be happier. Our 2nd time is just as good as the first time if it's not better. The room is perfectly decorated, small but charming. Amazing place to stay...The hosts Sylvie & Sebastian are so welcoming and helpful. Sylvie gave us a map & advised best places to see in our short time there and without her help we wouldn't have seen as much. The hotel was fantastic and our room was massive and immaculate. A bit out of the centre but only a few tram stops away. Bordeaux itself was beautiful and we plan to go back to see a bit more of it and we will definitely stay at this fabulous accommodation...

This is a beautifully elegant hotel. Each room is unique with high quality fittings and products , particularly the quirky but very wearable bathrobes and the Dyson hair dryer. The team are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble

I stayed in Les Chambres au Coeur de Bordeaux for 1 night with a friend but would have loved to stay longer. The B& B is just beautiful and the owners so friendly and welcoming that you feel like part of the family. When we arrived we were greeted by the husband and wife and was offered a nice glass of wine while they told us about the area, recommended places to eat and what to see and do for our 2 days in Bordeaux. Clean, modern apartments behind a historic facade in the st michel university district in short walking distance of main street with all amenities you need and tram stops. Apartments have outlook onto lovely quiet planted courtyards. Staff were very helpful and the complex seemed to have all the amenities you would need should you want to use them. Beautiful old building in the heart of old bordeaux. Large, comfortable room. Walking distance to all of the old town and riverfront. I will stay here again.

Can't really fault this hotel. Reception staff and restaurant /breakfast staff were extremely kind and helpful. Everyone spoke English if you can't speak French as well. Stayed in a deluxe room on the first floor facing the main road. Although there was passing traffic you couldn't hear a thing due to the triple glazing.
