"Excellent stay-- exactly what is needed: professional, helpful staff 24-hours at desk, very clean room, and bathroom, quiet, two generous-sized side tables to put all our stuff, uncluttered, located in the heart of Bordeaux. Very happy with our choice for three nights."

"We think this hotel is a real gem. Very close to the main railway station and also with a tram stop outside with trams connecting directly to the airport. The hotel is modern and rather chic. All the staff we had contact with were cheerful ,happy and helpful. The double room we had was clean and bright and was ideal for our one night stop over. A large modern TV, excellent air con and a comfy mattress. Toilet and shower were clean and functioned as expected. The morning breakfast was the perfect continental self service with lots of choice and well stocked. . The general ambience is smart and bright . We would not hesitate to use the hotel again on a visit to Bordeaux. The location is so convenient with the tram stop outside connecting easily to all parts of the city. A mention to of the ability to leave luggage with the hotel on your leaving day for collection later, very convenient. So for value for money, convenience and general comfort don't hesitate to book."

"When we arrived it was evident our mattress had seen better days. They immediately replaced it with a new one with a smile on their face. The mini kitchen was well stocked with coffee and dishes. There was soap provided. The blackout curtains were helpful as we were there in June. The air conditioning worked well as we were in a heat wave, very much appreciated. The breakfast bar was excellent with many options. Good coffee with the option to have the staff make a special coffee. Underground excellent parking for the days that we rented a car. Good access to the riverfront and trams and many options for dinner nearby. Pleasant informative staff."
