Our experience here was the best that we had during our visit of 10 days staying in 2 countries, 3 cities and 3 hotels. The hotel is amazing, the staff is amazing! Wonderful !

Very functional. The staff all spoke english very well. I had an early flight and when I tried to leave I was locked in and had to find a way out the back. I would stay at ApartHotel again.

Great bolt hole.
Great bolt hole for working in the region. Nice big room, kitchen a bonus. Breakfast was a little disappointing but adequate. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

Check in was very good, great staff, the room was clean and tidy, facilities were just what we wanted and a comfortable bed, so good to relax after a long journey.

Very nice modern hotel. Staff was very helpful. No amenities such as a bar or restaurant but there are some good restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is fairly industrial. Not right next to the airport but very convenient. We stayed there before a flight out the next morning and I will use this hotel for the same purpose again.

Usual stopping off point for me on long drive. Goods value accommodation. Room C!!!, the aircon was not working and I found the mattress a little frim , but will return.

Perfect one night stay
Perfect stay for one night stop over on way to Portugal. Rooms were nice, bed comfy.One thing to recommend is to put pillow protectors on the pillow as pillows had hair inside and you could see them through the pillow case (which made me look) wasn’t very nice to see. Clean a little more.

Excellent relaxing few days at this hotel
Excellent location for touring Bordeaux. The place is clean and modern. Breakfast is very good value for money and of high quality. Julie at reception is very helpful and professional. We have recommended this to others and will stay here again.

no electricity all the al the night and the morning and there are no phone number to report the problem. the worst thing that All external doors where were closed,the building were inaccessible from outside.

Amazing hotel apartments. Great room with cooking facilities. Only comment was fitness room was only three cardio machines and a very old dirty mat, in addition the sauna was not on, have to go to reception to ask to turn on which is quite awkward once you have already got change and gone into the sauna.

Best value in Pessac
This hotel is a great bargain for suburban Bordeaux. Room was clean and large with a kitchenette if you are thus inclined. There is a large supermarket easily walkable and a reasonable number of places to eat nearby, not fancy but acceptable. Room is a bit spartan just a bed and desk but that is all that you need. Has an exercise room although universal gym was broken. Breakfast excellent and open quite late in the AM. For about 60 euros a night truly a great bargain.

The hotel is nice with spacious rooms. But the personnel, mainly at the reception, were not that enthusiastic and welcoming. Without a car it is complicated to move around.

Convenient and helpful
Unnecessarily long wait to check in, especially considering my room was already ready when I got there. Room size was good, bed was comfortable, breakfast was above average (loved the fresh squeezed orange juice). Lobby is not staffed between 11pm and 6am, which could be an issue for late arrivals or early departures. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Good overall choice.
Overall this was a good hotel choice. The major drawback was its location and poor bus service to the airport. Also, after trying to make another reservation there, I found the prices had increased by about 40%. so I choose a nearby hotel at much lower price.

A really good, and very clean apartment. We will certainly stay here again. Has a brasserie attached, a Chinese buffet opposite, and several other eating places within a very short walk.

Noisy beds !
Good apart hotel spoiled by creaky beds! We have stayed here on two separate nights, on both occasions the bed was noisy ,so could not get a proper rest. Apart from this , everything is good.
