"I was extremely satisfied with my recent stay at Countrside Inn, especially for the price, you can’t beat it! Where I am from you can’t find a hotel for less then $70/nite and if you do I promise you will be sharing the room with coakroaches and bed bugs. Not at CSI! The furniture and linens in the room were dated, but everything was absolutely clean, including the bathrooms which is most important to me. The staff was great and very helpful. The lady that works at night helped me feel very safe as she walked the entire property on a less then hourly basis making sure that everyone was being quiet and that nobody that was not a guest was not on property. That made me feel very safe considering I am a single white female in a strange town all alone. So thank you for that CSI. My only complaint, and it wasn’t even an issue for me but they do not have any amenities at all but what can u expect for such a great price. I would highly recommend CSI to travelers and out of towners needing somewhere to sleep during a long day driving or even to someone who is only going to be in Richmond for a short time due to work or something I hear that the weekly rates here are great as well. I gave CSI a 5 star rating, it’s not the Hilton but, you definitely get what you pay for and i would stay at CSI again anytime I go back to Richmond. Thank You to the staff for being so great!"
