The staff were warm and welcoming, and so excited to see my adorable kitty. The room was pet friendly including fabric on the sofa that was scratch proof. Bed was slightly uncomfortable making sleep difficult. Also there were no dressers to unpack clothing. The wire trays underneath the tv were not appropriate for clothing.
