"I have been to this property multiple times during the week days. This time I was there in a weekend for a very special occasion. Turns out the night clubs next to the hotel has full ability to go as loud as it can. I was on the fourth floor and couldn’t stand the music loudness for 10 minutes. They moved me up to the eighth floor and still crazy loud. When I asked the staff, they said this is the norm and it would go up to 3-4 am! It shocked me how this would be the norm. You need to literally plug your ears to sleep. Even with that the loud music and the unpleasant singer from that nightclub will find its way to your ears and block you from sleeping. Unbelievable while the staff and the hotel is so nice, not going back ever again. "

"Very very loud construction going on downtown, 7:30am on a Saturday with machinery going. Too many homeless people at the entrance of the building."

"front desk staff was very rude when we checked in. she did not greet us, just straight up said "can i see your id" as the first hello. the front desk worker was impolite, did not even tell me what i was paying for, did not share any information about the hotel or anything. there were hairs on the toilet seat upon arrival to the room. will not be staying here again. "Room was spacious and clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well above average. Hot tub was only luke warm, had to have a hot shower after getting out just to warm up. Pool area was spacious and clean. In a bit of an industrial area with not much for amenities close by. Easy access to major roadways to easily get around the city"
