"Breakfast lady was rushing and telling other staff she was ready to clean up and go home but people
kept coming to eat. Mind you it was 8am!
Cleaners were rude because we had dogs there THAT WE PAID FOR & said they didn’t wanna clean up after them when our room was cleaning leaving out than it was coming in
Front desk people told us that the cleaners were lazy and told them about our dirty dogs and we only been there for 30mins .
i come to this hotel every year when we take our dogs to the beach but this wil be our LAST year promise you ..
hotel smells like cigarettes and weed. never comin back "

"We were traveling from Florida through the night for a relatives funeral. My sister booked an extra night so when we arrived early the lady checking her in allowed us to stay the one night with them until we could check in later that day since we got there at 2 in the morning. The other lady who ended up checking us in saw the notes on file when we came back down stairs later on allowed us to check in a few hours before checkin. They were very accommodating and understanding. Out of the whole trip which was rough due to the funeral and the absolute worst experience at Cracker Barrel in Wilmington our experience with this hotel was worth it. We do plan to stay everytime we travel up here at this hotel because of convenience, comfort and overall top notch customer service. "
