"The hotel is next to the boardwalk along the river. It is convenient to walk to the open air music venue and everywhere downtown. We loved the rooftop bar and restaurant. Great views and very tasty food. "

"Ac was great untill you were asleep at 3 am.could have been better seemed botherd by you when talking to them. The bathroom sink it was more decoration than usable. The toilet you might as well been sitting on the floor. And what hotel for $400 a night does not have a mini fridge I can stay at a red roof inn for $50 a night and have a mini fridge. And don't even get started on the microwave. Oh, I was also there for 3 days and never seen housekeeping had to ask for Toler, tissue then we've seen them an hour before it's time for us to check out. And was trying to clean the room. "

"We were greeted at the front desk by a very friendly lady that was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The room was spacious and very clean. It had a kitchenette which came in handy. A full size refrigerator, dishwasher, sink and microwave. The coffee maker was fully stocked. We felt very safe and secure there. The breakfast had a wide choice of items from pancakes and sausage to cereals and fresh fruit. Would definitely recommend this hotel as everything was great!"

"Breakfast lady was rushing and telling other staff she was ready to clean up and go home but people kept coming to eat. Mind you it was 8am! Cleaners were rude because we had dogs there THAT WE PAID FOR & said they didn’t wanna clean up after them when our room was cleaning leaving out than it was coming in Front desk people told us that the cleaners were lazy and told them about our dirty dogs and we only been there for 30mins . i come to this hotel every year when we take our dogs to the beach but this wil be our LAST year promise you .. hotel smells like cigarettes and weed. never comin back "

"We were traveling from Florida through the night for a relatives funeral. My sister booked an extra night so when we arrived early the lady checking her in allowed us to stay the one night with them until we could check in later that day since we got there at 2 in the morning. The other lady who ended up checking us in saw the notes on file when we came back down stairs later on allowed us to check in a few hours before checkin. They were very accommodating and understanding. Out of the whole trip which was rough due to the funeral and the absolute worst experience at Cracker Barrel in Wilmington our experience with this hotel was worth it. We do plan to stay everytime we travel up here at this hotel because of convenience, comfort and overall top notch customer service. "

"Hot tub wasn't working and the indoor pool was very cold. We thought it would be heated. Breakfast was very good. Since the hotel is condo style on stilts, there is some stair climbing involved if you don't want to use the elevator."
