"This was a very pleasant experience. I travel often for work and personal. The grounds look like a townhouse or condo development. Staff was accommodating, room was clean, well kept like a nice studio apartment. Full breakfast basic but good. The only things concerning was the room was on the second level of the townhouse, no elevator. This should have been better communicated also they require a $500 deposit which apparently They send notice via an email sometime before you visit."

"Friendly and helpful staff, good sized rooms I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms are comfy and I always appreciate bathroom counter space. It was very quiet and I slept incredibly well. Staff were lovely--friendly and welcoming. "

"No towels in the room when we arrived. Rooms are loud and you can hear everything from people next door, upstairs or in the hall. The street traffic was weirdly load too (7th floor). Breakfast wasn't bad and the beds were good."

"For business travelers in this area you can't go wrong with this hotel. It's everything you expect, and they do a good job. Several good restaurants in the area is a plus."

"Not the worst I've stayed in. However, also not the worst by a mile. They are going through renovations which explains the haphazard appearance. Close to locations downtown including the hospital. GREAT continental breakfast. I did see other guests giving the staff trouble but if I'm being honest, the guests were rude to them. Pleasent, quiet and off main roads while being accessible. A grade."

"THIS HOTEL IS HORRIBLE. There was ants everywhere, like infested, super dirty and even the fridge was infested. Even the phone to call was infested. Then we switched rooms and it still had ants in fact I had an ant crawl on me and that is disgusting. Shower was dirty, fridge was dirty, even the ice bucket was dirty. And the bed quite frankly had Brown stains on it, both of them. We literally had to clean the place our self just for it to still be dirty!! If I wanted a dirty room and ant infested place I would’ve stayed at the $100 total hotel not the one for $361 dollars. If im paying that much money I expect to atleast have a clean room. I informed the front desk again when I was leaving regarding the situation and if a refund would be provided and was told the manager isn’t here on the weekends. Horrible"
